Start, for most people. It's deliberately the smallest useful version of the program, and Core adds coaching rather than more appointments. You can move up or down at any month with no fee either way.
Then you'll hear that at the free visit, before you've paid for anything. Weight, hormones, and recovery are separate memberships here specifically because they don't all belong to the same person. Your bloodwork decides which one fits.
No term, no minimum, and no cancellation fee. To leave, send it to us in writing. One line is enough and you do not have to give a reason. We send back written confirmation the same day, and we do not claw back the value of anything you've already used.
Freezing works exactly the same way. Send one line in writing, get the same written confirmation the same day, and pick it back up when you want it. You are not charged while a plan is frozen.
Thirty minutes with our nurse practitioner, by phone, by video or here, whichever you want. You give a history and we draw your blood. Our Medical Director reads it and signs off on whatever you start. You leave with your results and a written price for whatever was discussed.
